Information We Collect

We only collect minimal data strictly required to deliver our software licenses, process transactions, and provide technical customer service:

• Account & License Data: When you purchase our $49 Lifetime Plan, we collect your name, email address, and the specific website domain name you bind to your single-site license key.
• Billing & Transaction Identifiers: We store Razorpay order IDs, payment transaction references, date/time of purchase, and license status. We do NOT store your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords.
• Technical Telemetry: Standard non-personally identifiable server access logs (browser user-agent, IP address for rate-limiting, and error logs) for security and DDoS mitigation.
• Image Data: We explicitly do NOT collect or retain the images you compress. In the browser tool, all canvas operations occur locally. When using our PHP REST API, the image is processed in volatile server RAM and streamed back instantly; no image file is saved to permanent disk storage.

How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used solely for the following legitimate business purposes:

• To generate, issue, and activate your single-site lifetime license key (CZ-XXXXX).
• To verify domain binding when your WordPress plugin calls the update/activation validator.
• To send essential transactional emails via Hostinger SMTP (license credentials, password resets, and purchase receipts).
• To provide responsive technical support and troubleshoot WordPress plugin configurations.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and unlicensed API exploitation.

Payment Gateway Security (Razorpay)

All commercial transactions on WebPConverter.tech are processed securely through Razorpay Software Ltd, a global PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway.

When you make a payment, your financial information is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS protocol and transmitted directly to Razorpay's certified vault. Razorpay processes credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and international wallets according to strict Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and international security mandates. Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal, strictly functional session cookies required for user authentication, keeping you logged into your Client Dashboard, and maintaining checkout state. We do not use intrusive third-party cross-site trackers or sell your browsing habits to data brokers.

You retain full control over your personal data:

• Right to Access: You can view all license keys, registered domains, and invoices at any time in your Dashboard.
• Right to Rectification: You may update your profile details or request domain re-binding through technical support.
