Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WebPConverter.tech, creating an account, or completing a purchase through Razorpay, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our software or services.

Single-Site Lifetime License & Infinite Tokens

When you purchase our commercial plan ($49 one-time payment), you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual single-site software license key (CZ-XXXXX):

• Single Website Binding: Each license key is cryptographically bound to 1 single top-level domain or subdomain (e.g., mystore.com). It cannot be activated simultaneously on multiple independent websites.
• Infinite Conversion Tokens: The licensed website domain enjoys infinite, unthrottled image conversions forever. We do not enforce monthly credit burns, quotas, or image counts. Whether you compress 500 images or 500,000 product photos, you will never be charged recurring fees.
• Domain Migration / Re-binding: If you rebrand or move your website to a new domain name, you may update your bound domain via your Client Dashboard or by contacting technical support.
• WordPress Plugin Updates: Lifetime access includes all future feature updates, security patches, and WooCommerce compatibility improvements for your registered domain.

In-Browser Free Converter

The web-based conversion tool on our homepage is free for personal, educational, and commercial manual use. Processing runs entirely in your local browser memory with zero server uploads. We reserve the right to deploy automated rate limiting to protect platform uptime against malicious bot attacks.

Payments & Razorpay Gateway

All commercial transactions on our platform are processed securely via Razorpay Software Ltd:

• One-Time Pricing: The single-site plan is billed as a one-time charge (currently $49.00 USD or equivalent INR). There are no automatic monthly renewals, hidden subscriptions, or recurring maintenance fees.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Razorpay facilitates checkout using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and major international card networks.
• Instant Activation: Upon successful capture of payment by Razorpay, your account and license key are activated immediately, and your digital access is available in real time.

Acceptable Use & Fair Usage Policy

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or distribute your license key or API credentials to third parties or unauthorized domains.
• Use our REST API to power a public, unauthorized free image conversion tool that mirrors our service for public traffic without an enterprise license.
• Engage in denial-of-service (DDoS) attempts, SQL injection, or server scraping against our API endpoints.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the licensing validation logic inside the WordPress plugin.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please refer to our dedicated Cancellation and Refund Policy. We offer a transparent 14-day technical money-back guarantee in the event that our plugin cannot function on your verified WordPress hosting environment.

Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, documentation, logos, branding, and website architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of WebPConverter.tech. Purchasing a license grants you rights to use the software on your registered domain, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or controversy arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
